Superklin 480 SL penetrates through leaves and green shoots into the plant, spreads through the aerial parts and roots, causing the death of growth points. In actively dividing cells, glyphosate inhibits protein synthesis, especially essential amino acids: phenylalanine, tyrosine, and tryptophan.
Most effective on young, actively growing plants with well-developed leaves. Visual effects appear in 5–7 days for annual weeds, 10–14 days for perennial weeds with rhizomes and shoots, and 20–30 days for trees and shrubs. Complete plant death occurs after double this period. Soil moisture and optimal temperature accelerate the effect.
Important restrictions: Do not apply under stress conditions (drought, frost, excessive heat), immediately after cultivation, before rain or dew, with dirty water, on dust-covered plants, or during strong winds.
