Mode of action
Prevint™ Duogard is a fungicide combining two active substances with different and complementary modes of action:
- Ametoctradin (Initium) – a unique single-site inhibitor of mitochondrial respiration
- Potassium phosphonates – systemic action with direct activity on pathogens and stimulation of the plant’s natural defense mechanisms
Compatibility and selectivity
Compatibility:
Prevint™ Duogard is generally compatible with insecticides, fungicides and fertilizers. It is recommended to use spray mixtures immediately after preparation.
Selectivity:
When used according to label recommendations, the product shows no phytotoxicity. It has been tested on a wide range of grapevine varieties and is safe for the crop.
