- Categorie: Plant protection products
- Producător: BAYER
Descriere produs
Pre-emergent and early post-emergent herbicide for controlling annual broadleaf and grass weeds in corn crops.
Active substances: Isoxaflutol 225 g/L + Tiencarbazon-methyl 90 g/L + Ciprosulfamide (safener) 150 g/L
Formulation: SC (concentrated suspension)
Registration certificate: No. 03-0567 from 17-08-2016
Mode of Action
Adengo® combines two powerful herbicidal active substances with the latest safener technology, increasing product selectivity. The unique synchronized weed control technology allows the product to reactivate after initial rainfall, controlling weeds that emerge afterward. Adengo® is absorbed by roots and leaves and acts systemically. Weeds are destroyed shortly after emergence; the first sign is whitening of seedlings, followed by complete destruction.
Application Table
| Crop | Target organisms | Dosage |
|---|---|---|
| Corn | Annual broadleaf and grass weeds | 0.35–0.4 L/ha pre-emergent 0.35 L/ha early post-emergent |
Usage Instructions
Pre-emergent: 0.35–0.4 L/ha. Use 0.35 L/ha on soils with humus ≤ 2.5%, and 0.4 L/ha on soils with 2.5–3.5% humus and heavy weed infestation.
Early post-emergent: 0.35 L/ha on soils with 2.5–3.5% humus and heavy weed infestation. Apply up to 3 leaves of corn and 2–3 leaves of weeds. The product remains active after rainfall ≥10 mm. Under severe drought, effectiveness on grasses and some broadleaf weeds (e.g., Xanthium) may be reduced.
At recommended rates, Adengo® is safe for current corn hybrids. For hybrid seed plots, consult the seed supplier.
